Practice 01
hips & hamstrings
Your hips are tighter than they should be. You already know it. This practice opens them properly, deeply, and in a way that lasts.
Practice 02
expansive breath
When the ribcage stops moving, the breath gets shallow. This practice gives it back! Gain space through the side body, the chest & even the back. A fuller breath than you've had in a while.
Practice 03
neck & shoulder Release
Stress, screens, and tension all land here. This practice dissolves it... not by lying still, but by moving through it until the body finally lets go.

Inward Flow grew out of Sync with the Moon — where every New Moon was a return to a grounding practice. Over time those sequences became something of their own. Not just for New Moon, but for every moment the body asks to pause.
