THE PEOPLE BEHIND MA•NA

We are Alessandra and Miklos, founders of MA•NA.

MA•NA started as a yoga studio in Barcelona, built around disciplined, rhythmic practice and a community that took the work seriously. Over time our teachings expanded — a YouTube channel connected us with students worldwide, and Alessandra spent nearly a decade as a yoga ambassador for OYSHO, working with some of Europe's largest yoga communities.

Those years shaped our methodology. But when we became parents, our priorities shifted.

We stepped away from the industry noise to build something more intentional — a practice grounded in rhythm, structure, and long-term progression.

Today MA•NA is a global online practice. The same discipline, the same method.
